Camembert baker with cheese

This would make a lovely present, or better still, buy it for yourself.

Simply slash the top of the cheese a few times with a sharp knife, season and add a few sprigs of thyme, a clove or two of garlic and a slosh of olive oil (and/or the tipple of your choice) and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve with crusty bread. Heaven.
